It has long been my view that kitchens,
offices, labs, workshops and toolboxes must have a junk drawer into which one can,
with impunity and clear conscience, toss all the "odd bod" bits and pieces
that just seem to accumulate and which defy that dictum of the ordered workspace,
"Everything with a place and everything in its place."
